1. Discharge dredging hose

Discharge hoses are the most common dredging pipelines, and they are usually connected with steel pipes to form pipelines. The current hoses diameter, flange center circle diameter, flange outer diameter, flange thickness, flange connection short pipe wall thickness, and inner rubber layer thickness all tend to increase. This is due to the need to adapt to higher working pressure and complex working conditions, improve working efficiency and prolong the service life of the product.

2. Self floating hose

The feature of the self-floating hose is that in the working state of discharging sediment, it can partially surface without relying on the support of other objects. Due to the low center of gravity, good flexibility and collision resistance, the floating hose is suitable for operation in narrow waters and high surge areas, and has a long service life.

3. Bow blowing hose

It consists of a group of mud discharge hoses with different buoyancy, and is used in conjunction with trailing hopper suction dredgers. 

Most of the first section of the bow blowing hose has buoyancy and is directly connected with the driven quick couplings to provide buoyancy.

4. Tapered floating hoses

Used in conjunction with cutter suction dredgers, the first section of the hose is tapered, the end near the dredger is thinner and has no buoyancy; the end far from the ship is thicker and has buoyancy.

5. The transition hose between the underwater hose and the water hose

It is often composed of several long rubber hoses with different floating states, which can make the transition between the submerged hose and the floating hose smooth slow.


6. Armored hose

The wear-resistant layer of the hose is embedded with a wear-resistant steel ring, which is suitable for transporting large particles of hard materials such as coarse sand, gravel, rocks, and coral.

Both discharge hoses and floating hoses can be lined with steel ring to make them have better wear resistance.

7. Ceramic hoses

The inner rubber layer of the hose is embedded with high-hardness ceramic sheets, which are extremely wear-resistant, and the pipeline has a small working resistance, which is conducive to energy saving. They are suitable for the harshest sea or mining conditions.
